2. Eligibility Criteria

I. Qualifications

The candiciates are required to pass all the examinations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(CFP')certiecalion awarded by FPSB India. 1. Assistant Manager: The candidates who wish to apply for the position ofAssistant Manager in the Marketing Department need to pass examination in at leastOne Module of CFP-'cerlification program only.


2. Sr. ManageriManager The candidates who wish to apply for the position of Managerin the Marketing Department need tapas& examination of at leastTwo Modules of CFP'"cerlification program only.

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written tests and interview.

Note , Passing the modules of the CFP certification programme will be deemed tube clearing the part of the written tests process as specified above. However other tests for additional evaluation forsuitability ofjob/s will be conducted iedependentiy as well.

In addition,the candidates s hould have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university.

II. Experience
