ELIGIBILITY: A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45 percent marks in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates whose final year results awaited can also apply. SELECTION PROCEDURE: The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and performance in the entrance test / conducted in every state and interview at RGNIYD, Sriperumbudur. RULES OF RESERVATION: Reservation of seats as per the Government of India rules, Application forms with prospectus can be obtained: *     Directly from the Institute on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash *     Through written requisition along with demand draft for Rs. 125/- and a self-addressed stamped (Rs.25) envelope *     Downloaded and filled in application should be sent along with a OD for Rs.125/- *     Separate applications for each programme (in case the candidate wishes to apply for more programmes) should be submitted along with separate Demand Drafts *     Demand draft must be drawn on a nationalised bank in favour of The Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, payable at Sriperumbudur, *     Scholarship will be provided for 35 NSS students one from each state *     Facilitation in securing Educational Loans Late for submission of application                   :   26 May 21I12 Date of Entrance Test                                                        :      16 June 2012		ELIGIBILITY:    Master's Degree in the above mentioned Areas / Social Sciences / Humanities with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA (50% for SC/ST/Differently abled category). For the part time Ph.1) require not less than two years of work experience in the relevant field. The    candidates with M.Phil/JRF/NET/SLET are exempted         from the entrance examination but they have to appear for the interview. RGNIYD FELLOWSHIP:             RGNIYD Fellowship of Rs. 13000/- P.M.                                        plus contingency grant will be available for meritorious full time scholars. ADMISSION PROCEDURE: On the basis of Entrance Test and Personal Interview conducted by the University. Reservation of seats and relaxation of marks will be as per Government of India Rules. APPLICATION PROCEDURE: The duly filled in application form with all the requisite enclosures should be submitted along with the demand draft for Rs.500/- towards application fees. Demand draft must be drawn on a nationalised bank in favour of The Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, payable at Sriperumbudur.
