Vacancy in Indian Council of Agricultural Research for Only One Post

Attention of- eligible candidates is invited for appointment to the one (01) post of Research Associate under the scheme," Intellectual Property Management & Transfer/Commercialization of Agricultural Technology" at the Directorate of Seed Research Ivlau.The appointment will be purely on contractual basis and the incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment under CAR. The tenure or appointment will be for a period upto 31st March, 2013 from the date of appointment.

POST Name and Education Qualifications

Research Associate

Educational Qualifications: M.Sc.(Ag)/M.Sc. (Biotech.)/M_Sc.(Mol.Bio)i M.Tech,(Biotech)/M.Sc. (Botany)/M.Sc. (Life Sciences)/M.Sc.(Microbioiogy)/ M.C.A./M.S.(IT/CS) with at least 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D,in above mentioned fields preferably with good working experience on computer for Information Management especially Database Management and net based applications.

Emoluments: As 24,000/- Per month for Ph. D. holders and Rs_ 23,000/- per month for those possessing a Masters Degree. HRA and other benefits will be regulated as per existing norms of the Council.

Age limit:- Maximum 40 years for men & 45 years for women as on the interview. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules)
