DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNALApplications are invited through proper channel from suitable and eligible candidates serving in Central/State Government department or Courts/Tribunals for following vacant posts to be filled on deputation basis with requisite qualification/experience as given below ;-

Eligibility : Employees in the Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis: or (ii) with five years' regular service as Lower Division Clerk in the scale 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.1900/- (iii) or equivalent with a speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand (English) and 30 words per minute in typing (English)

(i) The period of deputation including period of deputation in Ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or any other organization/ Department of Central Government should ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for deputation for all the posts shall be 56 years on the last date of receipt of application.

a)   As the reservation for Physically Challenged and Ex-servicemen is on horizontal basis, the selected candidates will be placed in the appropriate category (viz. SC/ST/OBC/GEN) to which they belong.

Since Clerical Cadre recruitment would be on State/ Union Territory - wise basis, it will therefore be necessary that candidates apply tor vacancies of a State Union Territory from which they have appeared for the Common Written Examination (OWE) conducted by IBPS for Clerical Cadre post in Nov/Dec 2011 and in which they have qualified. Change in the preference of the State Union Temitory applied will NOT be permitted.

g) .Selection of a State/ Union Territory by a candidate would be construed as total willingness of the candidate to serve in any plaCe Within the State/Union Territory.

11) It is clarified that it may not be possible to employ Physically Challenged candidates in all Offices/Branches of the Bank andin case of selection they have lo work in the post identified b y the Bank as suitable for them.

i)  Selectee candidates need to serve at the Rural Branches at least for a minimum period of 5 Years or at the place identified at the discretion of Me Bank.

j)  Reserve category candidates applying for the State / Union Territory where no vacancy for that category is shown, may apply against the vacancy of Gerieral category provided they ruifill all the norms of eligibility, age criterion etc. of that of General category.

k)  Candidate will be considered for appointment upon selection to vacancies at Branches/Offices located in the State / Union Territory for which heshe has applied. Educational Qualifications/ (As on 01.08.2011):

(a) A Pass with 65% marks (60% for SC/STIPC/EXSM) in HOC of 10 4- 2 (1002+3) pattern Of Intermediate / Pm-

  1. EMOLUMENTS FOR THE POST OF CLERICAL CADRE


Pay Scale - 7,206- Z19,300 plus DA, HRA, etc. will be paid aspen Bank's rules in for. from time to time depending uport the place of posting.

  1. PROBATION PERIOD:


On appointment, candidates will be on probation fora period of Six (6) months of active service frorn the date of joining as per the rules of the Bank. On successful completion of the Probation, and found if suitable, they will be confined in the services. of the Bank.

  1. SELECTION PROCESS


A. INTERVIEW:

Mere eligibility/pass in the stipulated CWE conducted by IBPS for Clerical Cadre posts, she not vest any right in a candidate for being called for Interview. Depending upon the number of vacancies (State/Union territory- wise), only those candidates who have been issued a valid score card in the Common Written Examination (OWE) for Clerical cadre posts conducted by BPS in Nov/Dec 2011 and who rank sufficiently high in the order or merit based on the Total Weighted Standard Score (TWSS) as per the cutieff marks (State/Union territory- wise) decided by the Bank will be called for the Interview.

The Interview will carry 50 Marks. Minimum qualifying marks in the Interview will be 22.50 marks for General Category and 20.00 marketer SC/5170BCIPCJEXSM Candidates.

Final selection will be made State/Union territory wise, on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the Common Written Examination (OWE) for Clerical cadre posts conducted by IBPS in Nov/Dec 2011 & Interview and will be strictly according to the merit ranking. The candidates belonging to SCIST/OBCIPCIEXSM will be given relaxation in marks as per extant Government Guidelines. The Bank reserves the right to change the selection procedure, if necessary.

N. IDEWITY VERIFICATION

While appearing for the Interview, the candidates should produce photo identity such as PAN Card i Passport 1 Driving License, Voters Card Bank Pass Book with Photograph / Photo embossed Credit Card for verification. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt, the/candidate wilt not be allowed for the Interview.

7. IMPORTANT GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:                                                                                                          •

General Terms and Conditions *

1. The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post at any time without assigning any reason. The University also reserves right either to fill or not to fill any or all the posts and its decision in this regard shall be final.

  1. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate for being called for interview. The Universal( reserves its right to place reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for interview.


3. The University may conduct competitive written test/trade test/technical test for the selection of such posts and that the candidates may be short-listed for interview on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, in order of merit, in the ratio of 10: 1 of the vacancies to be filled-up.

4. Stringent criteria may be applied for short-listing the candidates to be called for interview.

  1. Outstation candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories called for interview for Group A Post will be paid upto 2-AC fare and for Group C posts the candidates shall be paid equivalent to return single second class railway fare towards journey expenses, on Noduction of proof.


8. Reservation Policy will be followed as per Govt. of India Rules. The SC/ST/OBC candidates are required to attach the caste certificate as per prescribed format.

9. The application duly filled-in on the prescribed form must reach the office of the Registrar, Dr­Harlsingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar-470003 (M.P.) on or before 31.10.2011

10.Separate application along with application fee should be submitted for each post applied for. One application will be considered for one post only.

11.Applicant must write the Advertisement No. & name of the post applied for in bold letter on the top of the envelope.

  1. The service conditions including pay scales and age of superannuation shall be as per UGC/University rules/norms.

  2. The applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government organization/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organizations must send their applications "Through Proper Channel." The applications received without the recommendations of the employers will not be considered. However, an advance copy of application may be sent followed by the original application through proper channel.

  3. Candidates shall have to produce original documents at the time of appearing in Test/ Interview.

  4. Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.

  5. Incomplete applications or applications without relevant supporting enclosures (attested copies of degree/certificates/marks sheets/ experience certificate, etc.) or applications received after the last date shall be liable to be rejected.


17.The University shall not be responsible for postal delay, if any.
